1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AI Risk Governance platform ("Service"), operated by Crane Consulting and Technology Solutions ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Risk Governance provides enterprise AI risk intelligence services, including but not limited to: AI model safety scoring and risk assessments, regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting, security vulnerability analysis, ethical bias evaluation, data privacy risk assessment, and compliance certificate generation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, and Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Features, usage limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond authorized API usage
• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized third parties
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Crane Consulting and Technology Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Risk scores, assessments, and reports generated by the Service are provided for your internal business use only and may not be publicly redistributed without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Risk scores and assessments are generated using automated analysis and publicly available information; they should not be considered legal, regulatory, or security advice. You should conduct your own due diligence before making decisions based on our assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crane Consulting and Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crane Consulting and Technology Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
